WebcamTab

Moves the webcam stream from Control tab to its own Webcam tab.

This plugin moves the webcam stream from the Control tab, to its own Webcam tab. Supports python2/3 and OctoPrint versions 1.3.0 to at least 1.8.0rc3.

Version 0.3.0 is a complete rewrite, with hopes of being easier to maintain for future OctoPrint versions.
